Florilegivm is not a list but an olfactory atlas: a journey in which the text guides the nose and the fragrance gives voice to the page. Every creation is tied to a place in the garden: an avenue, a terrace, a stretch of water, the silent presence of centuries-old trees.

Each perfume becomes a place to walk through: an olfactory weave where flowers, fruit, woods and spices blend into a rich, lasting, enveloping balance.

Olfactory structure

A language closer to nature

Traditional perfumery describes a fragrance with the pyramid of top, heart and base notes. Florilegivm has chosen three categories of its own, inspired by botany.

Aerial notes
The lightest, most volatile notes. Often citrusy, green or luminous, they are the opening of the fragrance and its first impression.
Seminal notes
The heart of the perfume. This is where the floral, spicy or aromatic notes that define its identity develop.
Radical notes
The deep, lasting notes. They come from woods, resins, roots and balsams and form the structural base of the fragrance.

The bottle and the Tomo

Not just a container, but a presence that keeps the memory of the perfume

  • The glass

    A white satin finish, enriched with lettering in glossy hot-foil gold. The satin surface shields the composition from light and preserves its olfactory integrity over time.

  • The seal

    The zamak cap, in a gold finish, recalls the tips of sails and the garden’s palms: a tribute to Captain Neil Boyd McEacharn, who joined the rigour of the navy with the sensitivity of the botanist.

  • The Tomo

    Each fragrance is a volume of the olfactory library: an outer sleeve with the name also in Braille, a rigid case like an art book, a pull-out drawer. FSC-certified paper.

When the eyes rest, the sense of smell begins to see.

The project was refined with the help of people with visual impairments, guided through the places in the garden that inspired the compositions. From that experience came the idea of adding Braille to the packaging.
